Stainless Steel Cocktail Shaker

I needed a new cocktail shaker and loved the water bottle from this company. Thought I would try the shaker. It insulates so well there is still ice in it 24 hour later. Keeps my second martini cold while drinking the first one. Great!The only flaws are that the silicone ring comes off very easily and the cap can almost feel glued to the strainer piece and is sometimes hard to get off if it sits without being cleaned. However, still worth the money. I would recommend this to my friends.

It's nice to have a shaker that doesn't freeze your hands while shaking. I read a critiziem that the top wasn't insulated but the top isn't thick enough to have the double wall needed. I don't have a problem as is.I also read that people had trouble taking the top off right out of the box. I did too but finally got it off. It really creates quite a vaccum. After shaking, you have to take the top cover off first to let air in to help get the top section off. Be careful as the rubber ring has a tendency to want to come off while cleaning and you don't want to damage it.

I am bartender enthusiast so I have had many cocktail shakers over the years. The Snowfox shaker has a fantastic design as it solves two major problems that other shakers have. The first problem is often one's hand freezes while shaking a drink. This is solved by Snowfox's double wall design. The insulation is so good that you truly do not know that ice is inside. in fact I have left my shaker filled with ice accidentally over night and the next day maybe 50% has melted at most. This means that you can shake martini and leave it in the shaker for a long time and ocme back to it and pour more without concern of it being watered down. The second problem is leakage. Nothing is worse than shaking a cocktail or pouring one and it leaks making a mess everywhere. Due to Snowfox's rubber gasket between the filter and the main body there are zero leaks. You can shake a cocktail at the table without fear. Finally, while this is a subjective observation the overall look and feel is something that you can be proud of and place on even the fanciest of bars. While a little pricey it is well worth the investment as this will last a lifetime.

my husband loves martinis....he really loves this shaker because it doesn’t leak and make a mess. It keeps the ice from melting and like all Snowfox products it doesn’t sweat. No worries that it will damage a table top or mess up a glass top. I like it because it’s very attractive and looks good on the bar. Also like the Snowfox Martini glasses. They are great for martinis but I use them for my ice cream dishes. They keep the ice cream from melting and have that stand at the bottom to hold on to. I served them at my dinner party for ice cream sundays and everyone raved.

Very neat and well made. Almost too good. The cap can be hard to keep on because the seal is so good, it builds pressure and will pop off. I like being able to use a shaker without it freezing my hands.
