Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Snowfox.  If for any reason you are not happy with the workmanship, style or color of your product, it can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of purchase. 

If you purchased a Snowfox from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

In order to accept a return, your Snowfox product must be unused and in its original packaging. If you have purchased a 2 piece set, you must return both glasses to quality for a refund.  

You are responsible for return shipping and we recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping that for your records until your return is complete.  We do not accept COD deliveries.  

Refunds take approximately 1 week after we receive your product and your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
