Wow. I have had this almost a year. When I got it I was disappointed at how small it looked for the price. I was WRONG. It’s the perfect size. It fits perfectly in our kitchen cabinets so it’s easy to get to. It keeps ice for an entire party so you or your friends don’t have to keep going to the freezer . In fact the next day there is still ice in it (a bit watery but after a whole night with just 1/4 of the ice or less) impressive!I used to have to have my wife bring me an extra adult beverage in the pool so I didn’t get the kitchen floor wet doing it myself.Now I fill up the bucket, bring my mixer and adult beverage and I’m all setThe only con is the scoop is about an inch too long to close the bucket when storing it.I can live with it or by a shorter one. Keep ice for over 24 hours in summer heat

Pros: No handle so it takes up less space, thin walls yet they must be vacuum insulted due to their performance, rubberized bottom, can hang the lid on the side, and truly 3 liters of capacity (and with the lid on).There is no drain to separate the melt water from the ice and the lid doesn't have a rubber gasket, but neither of those things appear to affect its performance (see below).Test: After 2 hours, the ice was still dry! Not as dry as right out of the freezer, but still dry. After 3.5 hours, no ice cubes were stuck together, there was no melt water, and the ice was dry enough to mix or shake cocktails with -- even good enough to put in the glass. Not dry, but not dripping wet either.

I love this ice bucket for our dry bar. We need ice. And this holds enough for a reasonably sized cocktail party.No condensation, no mess.I’ve had it for several months & have hand-washed it repeatedly. There’s been no spotting or discoloration at all.Love it!
