The NEWPORT Stemware Collection wine glass is nice. It feels nice to hold, not heavy or unbalanced.At 12:30 in the afternoon, I put some ice and water in the glass, and almost 5 hours later there was a small chip of ice left in the glass and the water was ice cold. Now mind you it stayed in the house and it is the middle of winter, but I don't think it would last that long in a normal glass. So that is a positive! During that time there was no condensation at all. Another positive.I like that the rim is thin, like a normal crystal wine glass would be.It comes in a bubble wrap sleeve to protect it from the bumps and scratches that happen during handling.We camp a lot and this will be nice to have. I don't like drinking out of plastic or the thicker double-walled glasses.I also like to sit out on the back deck and have a glass of wine during the nice weather, this will help keep my wine cold.My only problem is I don't want to put it in the RV and have to remember to take it out so I can use it while not camping. It would be nice if these came in a set of 2. Also if anyone is drinking wine with you they would need their own glass. Obviously, you can order more than 1, but I think at $38 each +tax, they are a little overpriced.So while I really like these, I would wait until they go on sale.
