We finished our basement and put in a bar but don’t have an ice maker. We bought this ice bucket to keep ice handy rather than going up and down the stairs to refresh our drinks. It is amazing. It keeps ice frozen solid for hours. The first picture shows what the ice looked like when we were cleaning up after watching football on a Sunday. The second picture shows how much ice was left in it on Tuesday at noon. Granted, no one had opened the lid since Sunday, but it’s still pretty impressive, right?

Awesome! Holds a 10 pound bag of ice for days! We went 3 days with the ice still in tact. We love that it holds so much ice which is better than most ice buckets we’ve tried. Looks great on the bar! Nice and thick walled with a great fitting lid. Stainless is easy to clean and it seems to be very durable so it should last a long time.

I filled this ice bucket to the top with ice. I wanted to see how long ice lasted. After 12 hours no water standing. After 24 hours 1/3 of the bucket had water in the bottom. After 48 hours half the bucket was filled with water and ice mixture. Not many of us have 48 hour parties; at least I don't. My point is this thing works. Really works. It's better than a $400 Yeti.

I can't believe it as this was quite expensive, but I think vs what is available, it is worth the price. Just used it for the first time this weekend for a party for the bar ice. It holds a decent amount of ice as it is definitely a wide unit. It is sharp looking for sure - I got the wood grain look. And most importantly, the ice doesn't melt. I actually used some of the ice that was in the bucket the following day.
