It is very easy, just add your product in the cart and during checkout you can add black friday promotional code to get a discount.

At Snowfox we strive to keep things simple, so we’ve made our shipping program easy peasy.

Order Processing:

Orders received by 9am PST will be processed and shipped that day, orders received after 9am will be processed and shipped no later than the following business day.

Shipping Options:

For any order under $50 (basically 1 set) we charge a $5.00 fee for standard shipping.

For orders over $50, you pay zero, it’s free! We'll get it to you in 3-7 business days depending on where you live. We ship from California so if you're on the East coast it will take a little longer.

Want it fast? 1 and 2 day shipping options are available. Fast shipping options will be provided before checkout.

Sales Tax:

We only collect taxes for orders shipped to California.

International:

We are currently only shipping within the United States and Canada. Free shipping is not available on orders shipped to Canada.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Snowfox. If for any reason you are not happy with the workmanship, style or color of your product, it can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of purchase.

If you purchased a Snowfox from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

In order to accept a return, your Snowfox product must be unused and in its original packaging. If you have purchased a 2 piece set, you must return both glasses to qualify for a refund.

You are responsible for return shipping and we recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping that for your records until your return is complete. We do not accept COD deliveries.

Refunds take approximately 1 week after we receive your product and your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.

Snowfox is committed to making quality products that you are proud to own and share with friends and family. We provide a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and will replace your product with proof of purchase.

The limited warranty provided by Snowfox only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage from normal wear and tear, improper use or misuse of the product, or damage caused by cleaning.  Punctures, scratches, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and use are not warranted.

To submit a warranty claim please send an email to support@snowfox.fun with proof of purchase, reason for your claim and pictures of your product showing the claimed defective area. Snowfox reserves the right to request the product to be sent to our office for additional review and to verify the claim. 

We will attempt to replace your product with the same style and color, but if it is no longer available, it will be replaced by a similar style and color.  

For products purchased from snowfox.fun that have been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at support@snowfox.fun.  We cannot replace a product damaged by shipping if you have used the product.

In no event shall Snowfox be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost or expense, including incidental or consequential damages.  Some states to not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
